We are located in the heart of Westfort. You will receive an email/text with pick address when your order is ready. You will click the link in the message to book your pick up time. Orders are left in a secure location for contactless, simple pick up. Please note, we have a 1-7 day processing time on all orders. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Canada & US Shipping
Orders are shipped out within 5-10 days. You will receive full tracking information to your email/text once the package has left our facility. Lit Candle Shop is not responsible for packages once in transit. Orders shipped within Canada are insured up to $150 (insurance claim to be made through Canada Post and claims are limited to certain criteria).
